Wrote the embassy multiple times. Filled their in boxes with the same email until I got a response. They have sent our file to Charlotte for evaluation. However, they are questioning our home study and said that it will need to "resubmit" our homestudy since it speaks of our home in kenya. I wrote back explaining that we don't have another home- we sold it 2 years ago to move to kenya.
I just wish I could talk to a real person on the phone and explain this situation. It's a mess that we visit kenya on a visitors visa.
Not sure what will happen from here. Haven't heard anything back in a while. The email I received is dated March 23rd.
Praying for some break through soon! There are a couple of children waiting for their mommy and daddy to take them home, just as soon as the bureaucrats get their act together! I can't offer any practical help, just praying that things move in the right direction soon. Is a work visa in Kenya a possibility or even practical?
