Update

Called Little Angels today and spoke with the head honcho.  She said that she found out that recently "they" have decided not to allow people to adopt 2 unrelated children.  You MUST adopt siblings if you adopt more than one.  So that is the deal.  We aren't quite sure where we will go from here b/c she kept saying "IF there are siblings available".  The adoption commitee will approve us (after the Home study and stuff) for 1 child.  Then IF there are siblings then they will send an appeal to ask them to approve us to adopt 2.  
We are still praying about what to do.  

Today I have had an indescribable peace.  You're prayers have meant more than you know!  Thanks so much
